Delivery
Packages are dispatched the same day if it’s before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday are dispatched on Monday morning.

Please note, these delivery timelines are based on our best knowledge and experience, but bear in mind there could be delays from delivery companies. To avoid disappointment, please consider ordering early or opting for express delivery.
Refunds
We do not accept unconditional returns. Our items are limited stock and personalized. Buyers pay the return postage.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items are non-refundable.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
